RECOGNISING that the Parties wish to establish closer links in the wine and spirits sector, the Parties shall continue to negotiate, within the Joint Committee, rules on wine labelling with a view to reaching an agreement. Without prejudice to the measures provided for in Article 35, wines produced by oenological practices, procedures or modifications notified by a Contracting Party in accordance with Article 6(3) shall be provisionally imported and marketed in the territory of the other Party.
