Rental Agreement Appendix

The parties agree on the following terms of the rental agreement: (c) The tenant shall have the deposit recovered from the owner to cover rental costs such as advertising, travel and demonstration of apartments caused by the previous termination. 6. Maintenance of the dwelling: The tenant undertakes to pay only the damage suffered by the dwelling during his mandate. The tenant may inform the landlord in writing, within ten (10) days of moving in, of damaged, broken or soiled items. The tenant is not responsible for damage, breakage or debris that occurred before the arrival of the tenant. Broken glass is replaced by the tenant. The tenant undertakes not to repaint or modify the apartment without discussing his plans with the owner. The tenant is responsible for the apartment during his occupation and takes care of it and undertakes to keep the apartment clean. 12.

Assignment or subletting: The tenant agrees not to assign this lease or to sublet the dwelling or any part thereof without the written consent of the owner. This consent must not be unreasonably withheld and the owner will only refuse consent for a good reason. 13. Repairs: sanitary leaks, breakdowns of heating or hot water systems and electrical disturbances are repaired by the lessor within a reasonable time after the tenant has informed the owner. To avoid further damage to the apartment, the tenant undertakes to inform the owner as soon as possible of the need for these repairs. The owner is not required to terminate the entrance to the apartment to evaluate and / or carry out emergency repairs. 17. Privacy of the tenant: The tenant will quietly enjoy this apartment.

The owner will announce the intention to enter this apartment 24 hours in advance, unless emergency repairs are needed.
